It would be nice to have the ability to have the "Ask" info in the "Meeting" activity so we aren't putting in multiple activities for one meeting. Right now we are putting in the activity of "Meeting" and then an "Ask" for what we proposed to the donor. If it could be a drop down box, like the different Boards when adding a Task, that when chosen it brings the "Ask" fields up for us to fill in that info. And then, when pulling a report of "Meetings" the "Ask" information would be choices for the columns.
