Not sure what category. Sometimes when I need to send a letter or a thank you note to one of our donors, I have to open DD, find and open the donor's page, copy the name from the top of the page and paste onto an envelope in Word, then copy the address and paste it onto the envelope. In my personal address book which I've used for years (Time & Chaos), there is a single button that I can click that puts the entire name and address on the clipboard that I can then paste where I need it. It's a single step as opposed to highlighting and then copying and then pasting two separate times the other way. This would be a great addition for me. At the very least, put the name into the area where the address is so that I can grab it all at once. The button would be better. Thanks.

Email production works well when using a PC, moderate with IPAD, but very difficult with IPhone. Does DonorDock have any plans to make a mobile application?

an easy way to view our unsubscribe rate for each specific bulk text sent? Similar to how emails list the unsubscribe, bounce rate, delivered, etc.

It would be great to automate the tribute note process so that the contact person automatically receives an email notice when the giver enters the tribute and their email address. We'd been using Givebutter and they have this set up, which saves so much time and energy. Here's a sample template - see, you don't even have to create that! Dear (NAME), This email is to notify you that (the donor) recently made a donation in honor of you. The donation was made to CwD (City with Dwellings) on Date to the following fund: (FUND). If you’d like to send (donor) a message, you can simply reply to this email or click here. Sincerely, Your friends at CwD (City with Dwellings) -- This email was sent using (name of CRM). Having the ability to assign a specific acknowledgment letter, as well as, the ability to edit or personalize the letter during the input of a gift would save time and streamline the process of sending acknowledgments.

Please create a report that will pull donor notes out of DonorDock.

Add a way to set specific HEX colors and fonts for an organization's brand to email templates. Right now, every time I want to make something match brand standards for my organization I have to go find the color codes and input them manually. It would be nice to be able to select from a pre-created set that I've set up. It would also be nice to be able to add different fonts!

Include gifts from each individual in the household in total household giving. Specifically on the contribution statements so a household isn't receiving multiple statements if each individual gave under their own name.

I want to run a report of contacts in a geographic area. This is for if you're traveling to an area or if you have an event in a certain area.
