When sorting Activities & Gifts on a donor profile, could we have the option of sorting just phone calls, just emails, just meetings (all the types of activities) in addition to what is there now (complete, incomplete, gifts, etc.)?

I would love where we can have a template for automation that we can apply to a profile when needed! For example, let's say I have a Stewardship template for a gift over $100. The steps are as follows: Thank You Call within 48 Hours A One Month Post-Gift Check In A Three Month Post-Gift Handwritten Note I would love where I can go on to John Smith's profile and automatically add this automation to his profile for his recent gift (if for some reason it didn't automatically do it with my automation).

We would like that option to be unchecked by default, or it should be clearly stated that the charity will not be receiving any of the credit card fees donated. As it stands, it's giving donors inaccurate information.

Please change the current format from individual only to allow for both individuals and organizations to donate. With this feature not being available it creates additional work by having to go into change records. Also, some organizations do not have two names and you are forced to fill both the First and Last name fields to process the donation.

Can we go onto to a marketing list and add contacts from there. SO if we have a particular 5 contacts that need addint, You can go on marketing list and choose add contacts and find those ones?

Ability to run a report of Automations and/or Journeys that ran during a time period

When I click on a document I'd like to just view it not have to download it every time.

Would be great to have a search bar on all contact pages instead of having to navigate back to the Contact's page each time.

It would be great if DonorDock had a direct integration with Instrumentl, the grantmaking + prospecting software!
