In our organization it is key to note Students to Donor. Is there a way to add "Student" or even edit these three stages of a donor? Our journey can go from Student to Educator to Donor/Partner. Just curious.

Contacts Overview

Contacts are the records where you may store information for Individuals, Households, and Organizations. Additionally, each contact is automatically set to a stage based on their giving history.

A contact may have one of three stages.

Prospect

Any contact that has no recorded transactions in DonorDock

Donor

Any contact that has recorded a transaction in the last 24 months

Lapsed

A lapsed contact is a contact that was previously a donor, but they have not given in the last 24 months

💡 The length of time for a contact to the lapsed stage is set to 24 months by default, however administrators may customize this time frame in your organization settings.
