For the prospect journey, we have the power to determine who goes into it. For the new donor journey, it runs automatically when a first gift is made. However, this is sometimes a problem. Duplicate contacts get created (especially when automations are used from other platforms), and sometimes people have purchased a ticket or something in the past but not made a true donation, and this excludes them from the new donor journey.

Giving us the ability to add and remove people from the new donor journey manually would save us headaches.
