The option to add contacts to a list such as a marketing list or badge has now been added to the main contacts view. So if you navigate to the main contacts page, select Contacts, you can use the checkbox column on the right to check the contact rows in question and then select the lists action on the right and select the marketing list or badge you would like to add to the selected contacts.
