With my last CRM, I could create what was called an "Activity Template" and I created the steps kind like a journey or automation where it might be Phone Call 24 hours after gift, email one month after gift, letter three months after gift, etc. but I had this template where I could go to a donor profile and automatically add that template to their page so that those three steps were set up as future activities and it was all in one click. (Hope this makes sense). It was great when it wasn't tied necessarily to a gift (because obviously we add that automation for gifts when they come in) but we wanted to still add a set of activities to that donor's page.
