"If you made a pie chart to represent your fundraising, what would it look like?"

It would be helpful if there could be a report to run at the end of the year to see if there could have been duplicate gift records made so they could be deleted before year end. This would be because of operator error, not program.

Would like the option to customize the last statement that is auto populated on the contribution statements; ""unless otherwise indicated as non-deductible, no goods or services were provided in exchange for these donations." We have heard from a few donors and lawyers they would appreciate other language better and would like to honor that request.

it would be really nice to be able to generate reports for specific times using Fund, campaign, and appeals. Our old system gave us cross tab reports with a simple click of the mouse.

Offer more category options for dashboards. For instance, I focus on Marketing/Communications while someone else is focused on Donor Relations. I'd love to customize my dashboard to show the metrics most relevant to me for tracking, which are more about online giving pages and emails/communications.

Would like to be able to see more than 50, would ideally like to be able to see all, and be able to zoom out to see more columns. Feels very trapped when looking at the list.

When sorting Activities & Gifts on a donor profile, could we have the option of sorting just phone calls, just emails, just meetings (all the types of activities) in addition to what is there now (complete, incomplete, gifts, etc.)?
