I like to use links in newsletters as often as possible to increase overall engagement. Sometimes I will have 2-3 links in an email. I appreciate being able to see the number of clicks and who clicked a link. I would also like to know WHICH links got the most attention. This feature was available in etapestry and I appreciated having this information. Thank you!

It would be great if In Kind donations with soft credit amounts could be displayed on the gift list on the contact record.

To save time and reduce mistakes of inputting data, it would be helpful if zip codes and counties are auto filled data points when a user puts in a donors address.

It would be great to be able to create folders in Templates. As I copy or create new templates, being able to move them into folders would make things much easier than scrolling and scrolling to find what I am looking for.

Ability to create folders to create a filing system for templates used in email communications. (Example a series of emails used in a campaign can be placed in "Donor Campaign 2024" folder so that all the emails utilized in that campaign are in one place and you don't have to search throughout your other templates

When adding a gift to DonorDock using the quick add button, if a contact is not yet in DonorDock, you can create that contact when creating the gift.

We have more than 10 sponsorship levels for a couple of events. It would be helpful to be able to have a minimum of 20 levels instead of 10 for online payments.

When refunding possible errors/fraud how do we account for a loss or negative balance of the transaction fees. Just canceling the donation doesn't account for the loss thus if we don't have the ability to do negative monetary means then it will impact financial reports.

When someone has a nickname, that account should come up when you search that name in the contact search bar.
